An important part of being environmentally friendly is not only to recycle, but also to buy and use recycled products to continue the process. At Auralex, we are always looking for ways to lessen our environmental impact, and because of this, we have produced EcoTech. Made from recycled polyester fibers (65% PET-recycled fiber and 35% PET-virgin fiber), EcoTech significantly reduces the environmental footprint of acoustic treatment versus traditional fiberglass, while maintaining acoustical absorptive qualities comparable to fiberglass. EcoTech is dust free, non-allergenic, and non-toxic, containing no formaldehyde and having no risk of skin irritation or respiratory problems. EcoTech has a Class A fire rating per ASTM E-84.

Available soon, this product can be used as an environmentally friendly fiberglass alternative for any fabric wrapped acoustical panel. EcoTech is easily installed with Snap-On Anchors (mounting hardware included with finished panels).
